Korean Cooking Demonstration and Tasting


 The MCC Hospitality Department will present a Korean Cooking Demonstration and Tasting by Chef Sangjae Woo.  Sangjae is a current MCC student visiting from his native Korea to study English and to research American restaurant menu trends for his employer CJ Foodville Corp.  The demonstration and tasting of Korean specialties will include, Fuji Apple Kimchee, Rice in Sizzling Stone Dish, and Korean Barbeque Beef.  This free event will be held Wednesday March 25th from 1-3PM in Room 3-140. It is open to the MCC community, but space will be limited.
