Meditation Practice


The Wellness Team is sponsoring an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practices on Wednesdays noon-1:00 pm and Fridays 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm in the Gleason Hall of Science & Technology (Building 9 Room 239). Basic meditation instruction will be given with the opportunity to sit and practice in a quiet and welcoming environment. Free to students, faculty and staff.
