Fashion & Dance Charity Event “One Rhythm, One Cause”

What do the band, Verge of Green, Camp Good Days and Special Times Sharing and Caring Program, the Peer Mentors, MCC Students, Staff & Faculty all have in common?  “One Rhythm, One Cause” is the answer.  The Peer Mentors are putting on a very special charity fashion and dance show to raise money for children whose lives have been affected by violence in the western New York region.  The event is on Saturday, April 16th at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm) in Monroe A & B (Warshof Conference Center, Building 3).

All proceeds will be donated to the Sharing and Caring program to send the members to camp for a week over the summer at Camp Good Days Recreational Facility located south of Rochester on Keuka Lake in Branchport, New York.

The show includes dance performances by our very own MCC students, four exciting fashion scenes performed to live music from the local band Verge of Green.  You don’t want to miss this show!

Tickets may be purchased at the “One Rhythm, One Cause” donation table located in the Terrace Lounge in front of the Marketplace - $3 for Students, Staff and Faculty and $5 for General Public.  The donation table will be set up every college hour through April 15th.  Fun and exciting give-aways will also be at the donation table.

Tickets will also be sold at the door the day of the event, please bring your ID with you.
