Please note that the deadline date to submit changes to health care, and applications for the flexible spending program are rapidly approaching. The deadline date is November 23, 2005. Changes/applications will not be accepted after that date.
Also note that the deadline date to participate in the first pay period for Salary Reduction Agreements (403-b) is also November 23, 2005.
If you have not already submitted your paperwork, please do so by the deadline date of November 23, 2005.
