Transfer Common Application Updates

Faculty and staff are often asked to provide letters of recommendation for students applying for transfer to 4-year colleges. There is a new feature in the "Common App for Transfer" recommender system that allows recommenders to reuse their completed recommendation for a student. This will make the process easier for recommenders. For more information, please see:

Please be aware that it is advised that students use the SUNY application (not the Common Application) if they are applying to SUNY colleges/universities. It is a much simpler application and the fee to apply can be waived for up to 7 SUNY institutions if the student is graduating from MCC.
