Strategic Planning Committee on Track, Hits Milestone

After completing critical research gathering and analysis phases, members of the Strategic Planning Committee have begun drafting MCC’s 2012-2016 Strategic Plan! The plan will include proposed vision and mission statements, core values, assumptions, and strategic directions that will guide the college’s future success. Committee members are also developing overall, measurable goals.

Input from President Kress, college officers and numerous internal and external stakeholders has been incorporated throughout the planning process.

The committee looks forward to presenting its initial draft to college officers, Faculty Senate and the college community in November. Ultimately, the plan will be presented for approval to the MCC Board of Trustees.
