Efficiency, Service and Sustainability

Sarah Hagreen, Admissions, and Melissa Jarkowski, Financial Aid, worked with Beth Garrisi and Laura Coriddi, ETS, to combine the What’s Missing emails/letters for the Admissions and Financial Aid offices.

As of October 26, our
What’s Missing letters 1 and 2 are now emailed to prospective students instead of mailed via USPS. In addition, the email includes their financial aid status.  There are three different financial aid bullets applicants will see in their email:

· It appears you haven’t applied for financial aid; do so at the provided link

· It appears you have applied for financial aid but have outstanding documents. Follow this link to see what’s missing

· To check the status of your financial aid, follow this link.  This is helpful for applicants who have applied for aid and submitted all required documents.

This joint initiative will improve the way we communicate with our prospective students, be more efficient and support sustainability. A hardcopy letter will be sent to applicants if they do not provide a valid email address.
