Chief Marshals Selected for the Inauguration

I am pleased to announce that three of our faculty colleagues have been selected to serve as Chief Marshals for the inauguration of President Kress.

Yes, traditionally, academic ceremonies feature one chief marshal. However, to celebrate our past, present and future, the April 10th inauguration will feature three.

Few can represent MCC’s history better than an original faculty member like Dr. L. Louise Rozwell, professor emerita of foreign languages.

With more than 35 years of MCC teaching experience, Bob Nenno, professor of mathematics, has agreed to represent today’s faculty.

Our excitement for the future is built upon earnest and energetic new faculty members like professor Mohammed Partapurwala, Instructor of Business Administration and Economics, who joined the MCC family this year.

History and ceremony are important threads in our college culture. Please join us on April 10th and join me in thanking Louise, Bob and Mohammed for agreeing to represent the faculty in this important tradition.
