MCC Foundation Telemarketing Program Ranks 9th in State Attorney General's Report

Each year all telemarketing programs in New York State are required to comply with New York State Article 174-A of the Executive Law and report the amount of funds collected and retained for each program conducted. The programs are then ranked by the percentage of dollars retained for the charity.

The MCC Foundation is very pleased to note that out of 588 programs, our telemarketing program ranked 9th in the state, based on the amount of funds retained.

The New York State Attorney General's Charities Bureau prepares this annual repors--Pennys for Charities Report-- to show the public how much of their contributions solicited by telemarketers actually support charitable programs.
