Karen Costantini, catering supervisor at Sodexo, the MCC Association's fabulous food service partner, shares this message that was sent to all Sodexo employees:

"Through constraint comes creativity.
Although our gatherings are currently subject to regulation, people will come together over time.
Now and then, our job is to create warmth and welcome."

When faced with constraint and regulation, MCC faculty and staff have demonstrated astounding creativity and welcoming warmth to our students--especially those who are struggling through truly unprecedented times. As you bring creativity to your holiday plans this season, remember to show yourself that same warmth and kindness while keeping in mind we will be able to come together again, in time.

My thanks to Karen (my hikyoga colleague) and the Sodexo staff for your continued service to MCC. We are especially grateful for your preparing meals for students who will be staying in the residence halls during Thanksgiving recess.

Please be extra careful and stay safe this weekend.
