MCC's Biennial Review of Alcohol and Other Drug Programs

The Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations of the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act require institutions of higher education to certify it has adopted and implemented programs to prevent the abuse of alcohol and use of or distribution of illicit drugs by both students and employees on its premises and as part of its activities.
