<p>Deadlines to submit summer and/or fall verification, exemption request and/or attestations are as follows:</p>

<p>If you register after the deadline, your vaccination verification/exemption request must be submitted within 10 days of registration. There is no grace period. Students who do not meet the deadline for completing the COVID-19 requirement may be removed from in-person courses. All tuition/fee refunds are subject to MCC's&nbsp;<a href="https://www.monroecc.edu/etsdbs/MCCatPub.nsf/Financial+Information/D.?OpenDocument">Refund Schedule</a>. This may affect financial aid eligibility.</p>

<p><strong>Submitting COVID-19 Vax Verification</strong><br />
If you have not previously verified that you are fully vaccinated or were not previously granted a medical or religious exemption through MCC Health Services:</p>

<ul>
<li>Submit a scan of your vaccination card in the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/stuhealth/student-health-services-portal/">Student Health Services Portal</a>.</li>
<li>If you are taking classes at the&nbsp;<strong>Public Safety Training Facility</strong>, call (585) 753-3800 with questions or concerns regarding your specific program.</li>
<li>If you are participating in noncredit or off-site training through the&nbsp;<strong>MCC Economic and Workforce Development Center/Corporate College </strong><strong>or the FWD Center</strong>, call (585) 685-6004 with questions or concerns regarding your specific program.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Medical and Religious Exemptions </strong><br />
If you previously received a religious or medical exemption for the fall 2021 or spring 2022 semesters, your exemption is still valid (i.e., you are not required to resubmit an application). If you <strong>have not</strong> previously received an exemption, please follow the guidelines below:</p>

<li>Submit your application for medical or religious exemption in the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/stuhealth/student-health-services-portal/">Student Health Services Portal</a>.</li>
<li>Medical and religious exemption forms are also available on the <a href="https://www.monroecc.edu/coronavirus/">MCC Coronavirus webpage</a>.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Temporary Accommodations</strong><br />
If you have one vaccine dose and are not eligible to get your second dose; or, if you recently tested positive for COVID-19 and are not able to get vaccinated, you may be eligible to receive a temporary accommodation from Health Services allowing more time to become fully vaccinated. You are responsible for contacting MCC Health Services at (585) 292-2018 or via&nbsp;email MCC Health Services (<a href="mailto:healthservices@monroecc.edu">healthservices@monroecc.edu</a>) for assistance regarding temporary accommodations.</p>

<p><strong>Fully Online Students</strong><br />
Verification of COVID-19 vaccination is not required if you are taking all online or remote classes. If you choose not to verify vaccination against COVID-19, complete the attestation form in the <a href="https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/stuhealth/student-health-services-portal/">Student Health Services Portal</a> stating that you will not participate in on-campus activities or services.</p>

<p>Students who do not complete the attestation form by the deadline are at-risk for being removed from their online course(s) due to non-compliance.</p>

Summer Sessions and Fall Semester 2022 COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for Students

MCC students taking in-person courses, working on campus, and/or participating in on-campus activities or services during summer sessions and/or Fall Semester 2022 must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (e.g., two or one dose vaccine series) or have been granted a medical or religious exemption. Resident students are required to verify that they are fully vaccinated and boosted in order to live on campus.
