Dr. Emeterio M. Otero, Executive Dean of the Damon City Campus, addressed graduates of RCSD’s OACES program in a ceremony on June 13, 2012. OACES prepares adults and out-of-school youth for the workforce with services such as adult education, ESOL, GED, CNA and career skills. The center also provides support for job search and placement. This year’s group included 70 adults who attended classes at OACES’s Hart Street center.
