Barb’s class is open to new and seasoned students. The class format is as follows: Pranayama (centering-breathwork), Pratapana (warm-up), Vinyasa (posture flow), Yoga Nidra (relaxation), and Dhyana (meditation). Barb guides students to develop self-inquiry and optimal alignment. She directs students to be mindful of the principle Ahimsa (gentleness) and to cultivate direct access to their internal wisdom and humor. She is committed to making Yoga practice accessible to every body.
