Please remember that when parking at the Greater Rochester International Airport, the traveler must use the Shuttle Lot (Yellow $6.75 max per day) or Economy Shuttle Lot (Red $6.25 max per day) in order to receive full reimbursement.
Occasionally, the travel department receives reimbursement requests for more expensive lots such as Weekly Parking (Green). In these cases, the traveler will be reimbursed at the Shuttle Lot rate, per our Administrative Travel Guidelines.
When parking at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport, the traveler must use the Economy Shuttle Lot (Blue $9.00 max per day) or Long Term Shuttle Lot (Orange $10.00 max per day) in order to receive full reimbursement.
