Celebrating Black History Month Annual Soul Food Luncheon

Black History Month is celebrated all over the country with presentations, literature, speeches, and of course food.  Please join the Campus Activities Board & the PRISM Multicultural Center, as they celebrate the month with a SOUL FOOD Luncheon.  Food for Thought will be cooking the food and will take orders.  Students, faculty and staff can pre-order or do an online order.  The lunch is free (one lunch order per-person), but there is a limit for orders.  So be the first to order (below are the instructions for ordering).  This event is being hosted by  Food forThought, sponsored by Campus Activities Board and the PRISM Multicultural Center.  

The menu:

- Buttermilk Fried Chicken

- Macaroni & Cheese

- Collard Greens

- Corn Bread

- Sweet Tea or Lemonade
