Monday – Thursday, November 28th – December 1st, Reflections will be open for normal business with its standard menu plus daily special.
Monday - Wednesday, December 5th – 7th, Reflections will have its all-you-can eat buffets for your dining pleasure. On these final days of operation you can dine-in or take-out food from our buffets for only $8.98. Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container. Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.
Monday, December 5th will have an “International” theme and will feature Mexican Lime Chicken, Italian Meatballs, Pad Thai with Chicken and Rice, Pork Souvlaki, Sweet Potato Bake, Chinese Sausage and Fried Rice, Red Pepper Hummus, Egg Drop Soup, Texas-Style Chili, Pumpkin Pecan Biscotti, Almond Cookies, and a Variety of Other Desserts. **
Tuesday, December 6th will have a “Comfort Food” theme and will feature Cranberry Chicken, Turkey Sliders, Stuffed Mushrooms, BBQ Ribs, Crispy Fish, Baked Ziti, Monte Cristo Sandwiches, Bacon & Spinach Salad. Butternut Squash casserole, Turkey Chili, Carrot Cake Cupcakes, Apple Crisp, and a Variety of Other Desserts. **
Wednesday, December 7th will have a “Backyard BBQ” theme and will feature Carved Brisket, Honey Mustard Wings, Sausage with Peppers & Onions, Meatloaf, Vegetables Skewers, Roasted Potatoes, Deviled Eggs, Buffalo Wing Soup, Coleslaw, Reuben Sandwiches, Peaches Jubilee, S’more Cupcakes, and a Variety of Other Desserts. **
These buffets will be very popular, so I suggest that if you want to sit down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling X2581. We will have overflow seating or special reserved seating for private parties on each of these days in the Forum.
For your information, our last day of operation for the semester will be Wednesday, December 7th. Thank you for your support of Reflections Restaurant and the Hospitality Management students. We hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!
