Healthy New Year's Resolutions


It has been almost one week since you made your New Year’s resolutions.  Did you resolve to lose weight, get trim and toned, be more fit and exercise more?  Health Services has articles and pamphlets on diet and exercise with suggestions to be more active and “keep moving”.  If you haven’t made a New Year’s resolution or have already broken your resolution, you can start or restart any time …  The important thing to remember is you are doing it for YOU!  If you are interested in checking your weight, blood pressure, BMI (Body Mass Index), or still need a Flu Vaccine, visit Health Services for assistance.  Be healthy in 2012!
