On Wednesday, April 23, MCC’s 39th Jazz Festival features The New Energy Jazz Orchestra. Started by noted jazz artists and composers Carl Atkins and Jonathan Kruger, the New Energy Jazz Orchestra is a Rochester-based big band. The Orchestra just released their new CD, Sands of Time and will be playing at the Rochester International Jazz Festival this summer.
Tickets are $8 with MCC ID, seniors and children under 12. $10 for the general public.
