On Wednesday, April 27 from 9:00-11:00 in the Warshof Conference Center (Empire Room), Dr. Rodney Miller of the Disney World Institute will present "Thinking Like A Leader." This presentation will provide participants with reliable and valid information on how they and others see themselves - information that can help them understand and modify their self concept and patterns of THINKING to achieve greater levels of organizational effectiveness. Participants will better understand what they are like now, and what causes them to be that way; examine how their behavior affects themselves and others; pinpoint their strengths and "problem" areas; and commit themselves to making some positive and constructive changes. The Thinking Like a Leader Program is beneficial for all staff. The program provides an opportunity for participants to formulate a personalized, action oriented self-improvement plan.
