7 day password expiration

As previously communicated, anyone who did not complete their required annual cyber security awareness training course has had their network password set to expire every 7 days.

In addition, many users have not yet completed the additional refresher cyber security training assigned when they clicked on a phishing campaign email.

You can check your own training status in KnowBe4. If the box at the top says "You have completed all of your training!" you should be all set. If not, scroll down to see the status of your assigned courses.

All refresher training should be completed by end of day Wednesday January 15, otherwise your network password will be set to expire every 7 days.

The 7 day expiration will remain in place until you notify Technology Support that you have completed the assigned course(s).
