Wellness Wednesday

The fall semester is finally upon us and that means the Wellness Council is back to working its magic behind the scenes to bring you new and unique ways to incorporate health and wellness into you daily lives. We are also bringing back the popular Wellness Wednesday's that will include motivation, healthy recipes, wellness tips and tricks, random trivia to put a smile on your face, and things you can do with the family that weekend!
