Supreme Court Lecture in Library

The LeRoy V. Good Library (Brighton) is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a lecture on September 28, from 12:00 to 1:00. Political Science instructor Kevin Eirich will be speaking on the subject of the United States Supreme Court and the nomination process to the Court, including a discussion on the hearings of current Court nominee Judge John Roberts. The lecture will be held on the 4th floor of the Library, outside of room 2-440 (Faculty Study).

Mr. Eirich has taught at MCC full-time for the last year, and he is currently a doctoral candidate (ABD) in Judicial Politics at Ohio State University. His research interests focus primarily on the interaction between state and municipal governments and their legal activities within the federal judiciary. We are pleased to offer a speaker with such interest in and background on his topic. His lecture is sure to be enlightening and entertaining!

We hope that you will join us.
