How To: Testing Accommodations in Blackboard

Even though most of our instruction in the Fall is going to be online/remote, we still need to ensure that our students receive their approved academic accommodations. This article will demonstrate how to set up test accommodations (such as extended time) within the Test tool in Blackboard. These are called Test Availability Exceptions.

Test Availability Exceptions allow instructors to make special exceptions to the time limit or test availability for students who need additional time, or need to take a makeup exam. These options can be found by editing the Test Options on a Blackboard Test.
