Economic Development and Innovative Workforce Services Vice President, Todd M. Oldham, was the featured speaker for the Optical Society of America (OSA) Rochester Section on November 8, 2011. The Rochester Section of the OSA is a group of associates in the optics industry interested in promoting the knowledge of optics for the local community. The title of Todd’s presentation was “The Importance of ‘Middle Skill’ Training in Supporting the Optics Workforce.”
