COVID-19 Case Update, Testing Session Tomorrow Afternoon, June 7

Located in the Flynn Campus Center Forum (3-130), MCC’s Testing Center will be open 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, June 7. (There is no testing session today.) No appointment is necessary. MCC uses COVID-19 antigen rapid tests—a simple and more comfortable nasal test.

MCC COVID-19 testing sessions will continue on Tuesdays during the summer session. The testing schedule is available on the website.

Last Week’s Testing Results:

  • No positive cases were identified among students, faculty and staff who participated in MCC-administered testing during the week of May 30.
  • MCC 7-Day Rolling Average On-campus Positivity Rate
    • Students: 0%
    • Employees: 0%
    • Overall average on-campus positivity rate since onset of pooled testing: 0.32%
  • Monroe County 7-day average positivity rate: 7.5%

Verified Employee COVID Isolation and Quarantine Data as of June 5: *

  • Employees reporting a verified county-issued COVID isolation order: 2
  • Employees remaining under a verified COVID isolation order: 0
