COVID-19 Self-assessment Available Online and via the MCC App

If you are designated to teach and work on campus, or if you have been pre-approved to temporarily come to campus by your division vice president/executive administrator, save time by completing a COVID-19 self-assessment before you arrive on campus.

Along with scanning your MCC ID and wearing face covering, a completed self-assessment is required each day that you come to campus. When completed prior to arrival, your self-assessment will automatically correspond to your scanned MCC ID and be viewable by Public Safety staff at authorized campus entrance checkpoints.

Built by MCC's Technology Services team in partnership with Public Safety, the self-assessment is available online and via the MCC mobile app. Download it for free from the IOS app store or Android play store. Search for "Monroe Community College" and look for the MCC black and gold shield.

An MCC email address and network password are required to take the self-assessment. At this time, guests are not allowed on campus.

The assessment asks questions related to:

  • COVID-19 symptoms
  • results of recent COVID-19 tests (if applicable)
  • contact with a person with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, and
  • recent travel from a state on New York's travel advisory list.

Each assessment is date- and time-stamped. Assessment results will indicate if you are cleared to go into work on a specific day. A confirmation email will also be sent to your MCC email account and may be shared with MCC Public Safety staff at authorized campus entrance checkpoints.

Ongoing updates will be posted to Coronavirus Updates/Return to Campus guide. Contact your supervisor for more information or send your questions to covid19response@monroecc.edu.
