Congratulations on completing the spring semester and making it to finals week! Summer break is just around the corner.
I just wanted to remind you that Spring 2014 Final Grades are due by noon on Tuesday, May 27th!
It is very important that you get these grades in on time as graduation is just 4 days later on May 31st . Our students, Advisement and Graduation, R&R and the whole MCC community thank you for taking this part of your job seriously.
Grades will be rolled to academic history twice daily (~11am and ~ 7pm). What this means if you enter your grades and your students are still bugging you, the grades have not become visible in Self-Service. The process that allows the students to see their grades is called “Grade Rolling”. The process may take an hour or so to complete depending on volume.
