New forms for general education proposals

At the request of the members of the Ad hoc Course Review Workgroup, the 15-week schedule/SUNY outcomes form has been revised to include more details.  A separate Excel sheet has been created for each SUNY General Education category. The texts of the SUNY student learning outcomes are now provided in the sheets, and the proposer should indicate which outcomes are addressed in which week of the course. Instructions are provided on the form and in a separate document. The new Excel sheets should be used INSTEAD of the Word document that was formerly distributed via department chairs.

Note: if you have already submitted a proposal, please complete the appropriate Excel sheet and email it to Andy Freeman, who will replace the previously attached Word document with the Excel file.

The sheets can be downloaded from M drive>Offices>Shared>New SUNY Gen Ed.  The sheets are also be available in a public Teams folder. To access that team, go to the list of all of your teams. In the upper right hand corner, click "Join or create team." You will see an option to join a team with a code. Enter sylfaxq in that box and it should add the New SUNY General Education Resources team to your list.
