MCC United Way Campaign Begins: Let’s LIVE UNITED

Dear MCC Family,

Our 2012 Monroe Community College United Way Campaign begins this week. As our community's college, MCC recognizes the role it plays in changing the lives of students in our region. In much the same way, the United Way of Greater Rochester assists to change the lives of many of our relatives, neighbors and friends who live in our community. Through the United Way annual campaign, over 100 different community programs are supported, and our help is crucial. We know that you’ll support the campaign in whatever way you can.

This week, you’ll receive an email from the campaign directing you to the secure e-Pledge site. Just click on the link in the email and make your contribution (payroll deduction, credit card, or direct billing). Your area coordinators will also have paper pledge forms if you want to contribute in that way.

This year, please consider making a donation to the community fund so that we can meet the general needs of the Greater Rochester area. Your support of the Community Fund makes great CHANGE for our community by helping make childhood more enriching, students more successful, old age more of a golden age, disabilities less debilitating and crisis less frightening. Of course, making a pledge to the United Way is a personal decision, and you can still designate a specific organization (those organizations are listed at the e-Pledge site and also available from your area coordinators).

We’ll keep you informed of our progress throughout the campaign.

Let’s all LIVE UNITED.
