Meditation Practice


Join us for an opportunity to practice meditation and mindfulness this semester on Wednesdays noon-12:50 pm in the Stabins Physical Education Complex, PAC Center (Building 10 Room 100) and Fridays 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm in Gleason Hall (Building 9 Room 152). Basic meditation instruction will be given with the opportunity to sit and practice in a quiet and welcoming environment. Free to students, faculty and staff.
