New International Cuisine in Reflections on Fridays starting 10/1/10

The MCC Hospitality Department would like to announce an exciting opportunity to experience a culinary world tour!

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to purchase advance subscriptions to a ten-week series of four-course prix-fixe lunches featuring cuisines from around the world. Lunches will be served in Reflections, our student run restaurant on the Brighton Campus every Friday starting

October 1, 2010.  Guests may be seated between the hours of 11:30AM and 12:45PM.

This international cuisine world tour will take you to the Iberian Peninsula; Mexico; the Caribbean; Arabia; India; Asia; Greece; Italy and France!

Make your reservation with Reflections at x-2581, for this exciting new offering from MCC's Hospitality Management Students and

Chef Gerry Brinkman. Advance subscriptions to the series are $135.00. Each subscription will contain 10 individual tickets, one dated for each week. Tickets are transferable - anyone can use the ticket on the reservation date of the ticket.  The subscription books are now available for purchase at the Campus Center Service Desk in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center on the Brighton campus (M-TH 9:00AM-6:00PM, F 9:00AM-4:00PM).

Your participation provides an excellent opportunity to support the work of our students at MCC while entertaining guests; meeting with colleagues; or treating family members. There will be a limited number of subscriptions available. (Consider going in on a subscription with a group and splitting the cost and sharing the subscription series.)
