MCC was recently given a gift from the Iranian community in appreciation of the College’s educational programs that have focused on the culture and customs of their country. The gift, a hand-knotted spot rug made of wool and cotton was created on a metal loom by a single weaver. The rug took four weeks to make. Its distinct design features “MCC” knotted and raised in the very center.
