Schedule Information Tables

Important Notice

Due to the COVID-19 Crisis, all on-campus recruitment activities/events have been cancelled for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester. Employers are encouraged to post their positions on Purple Briefcase and/or email us to inquire about our resume referral service.

Employers are invited to set up an information table to recruit students for full-time, part-time and summer employment.  This is a great opportunity to display and hand-out organizational information, as well as network and screen qualified candidates.

Information Table

There is a two-week lead time to schedule a table. To schedule a table, please call us with the following information: a contact person, your organization's name and address, a phone number, and the title(s) of the position(s) for which you are recruiting. Upon confirmation of your preferred date and time, we will e-mail you driving directions and parking information.

Tables will not be available during summer, college break weeks, or the first 3 weeks of each semester.
