PRISM Multicultural Center

Prism Multicultural Center, Shining the Light on Diversity

Our Purpose

The PRISM Multicultural Center, founded in 2016, develops and facilitates programs and services that are designed to support and retain students from all ethnic and culturally divers backgrounds. It is a space to engage students in activities, dialogue and resources that nurtures cross-cultural interaction and communication that fosters the exchange of diverse ideas and perspectives. We are committed to recognizing the dignity and worth of every individual by providing a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for students, faculty and staff.

Our Focus

We pride ourselves on bringing richness and awareness to the student body by promoting diversity and inclusion for everyone. We can help by:

  • Facilitating workshops and presentations
  • Presenting films on a variety of diverse topics
  • Leading discussions and debates on real-world issues
  • Planning events
  • Celebrating with festivals, parties, and luncheons
