Join us as we kick off Mental Health Awareness Month with Fresh Air to Free Your Mind, an outdoor wellness event designed to help students recharge and de-stress. Enjoy free food, fun games, and engaging wellness activities while connecting with others and getting some fresh air. Stop by, relax, and give your mind a boost! 

(This event is pending weather, if it rains it will be moved to a tabling event in front of 3-103)

Time: 11am to 1pm

Location: Brighton Campus, grass area in front of Building 11
