Virtual Open Classrooms Week: Sign Up Now Through March 19 to Visit a Class (or Two or Three)!

When was the last time you visited a colleague's class--not for RTP purposes, not to evaluate, but to learn? You'll have your chance to do so (safely!) when figurative doors are opened for Virtual Open Classrooms Week.

This is your opportunity to discover what goes on in other disciplines, and see how faculty have adapted their courses for remote and online modalities.

Twenty-two faculty members are opening up 34 sections to MCC faculty/staff guests March 22-26. There are 8 Online/Asynchronous sections and 26 Remote/Synchronous sections to choose from.

You can sign up now through March 19, when the registration period closes at 5:00 PM. Sections are limited to 3-5 guests. No email requests, please. Use our Eventbrite page to reserve your spot in whichever courses strike your fancy.

To browse the schedule of online and remote classes ahead of time, and to see the variety offered, please see the attached PDFs. You will need to log in to open them.
