In the Fostering Deep Listening wortkshop, participants will examine typical pitfalls of listening and exercise alternative deep listening skills. We will share reflective practice techniques to increase listening opportunities during meetings. To close, participants will reflect on how to use what they learned in preparing and facilitating their own meetings.
