TCC: Developing Effective Agendas, Workshop #2 of the Leading Effective and Impactful Meetings Series

In the Developing Effective Agenda workshop, participants will actively reimagine constructing meeting agendas. Participants will discuss components of a productive meeting and how these ingredients can be baked into an effective agenda. Workable design options will also be explored and sample agendas reviewed. To close, participants will reflect on possible next steps to re-envisioning how they construct meeting agendas.
