Everyone is welcome to attend MCC's humanitarian mapping event Tuesday, April 5 from 4-5:30 pm! The event will be held in person (Brighton campus, 11-111) and via Zoom.  The event is led by MCC's Mapping Club, a YouthMappers Chapter, and is designed for those with no prior experience! This event is being co-sponsored by the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project (HGHRP) as well as Global Education and International Services (GEIS).

Youth Mappers "capitalizes on web-based open geospatial technologies, and a network of universities around the globe. The mission is to cultivate a generation of young leaders to create resilient communities and to define their world by mapping it." The events usually focus on crisis mapping or preventative mapping.
