WMCC is hosting a NARCAN training event:
- Thursday, April 14
- 2:00-3:00 p.m.
- Brighton Campus (Room TBD)
NARCAN nasal spray is used in the event of an opioid overdose. An opioid overdose is reversible through the timely administration of the drug naloxone. In this training, you will learn how to identify an opioid overdose and the proper administration of NARCAN nasal spray. At the completion of the one-hour training, you will receive a free NARCAN kit that could save someone's life.
Seating is limited. Reservations are not required, but strongly encouraged.
Contact: Tamara Hillabush Walker, WMCC Faculty Advisor at email@example.com to reserve your spot. The location of the training will be published after April 1.
