Virtual Stress-Free Friday Drop-in for Students

Stress Relief Fridays are designed to be fun and lighthearted opportunities for students to meet each other, as well as Counseling Center and Disability Services team members, to engage in simple and positive activities, and to learn about various stress relief strategies. While these sessions are not designed to serve as therapy or processing groups, group norms will be discussed to ensure that all information that is shared is kept confidential. All students are welcome to join for all or just a portion of the hour-long sessions.
