Please join the Counseling Center, Disability Services and Health Services Department today for a Mindful Monday Event for Mental Health Awareness Month. Come learn how meditation can help optimize your mental health. It is also a great time to learn some stress reduction techniques to get you through the end of semester work! This class will be run in 10 minute increments so students can join for as little or as long as your schedule allows. We hope to see you there!
