Kiki has an MA in Communications from Walden University and is currently an online communications Professor with Fortis College and self-direction coordinator for AIM Independent Living Center, an organization working with autistic adults. Right now, one of her major goals is traveling the world and speaking on effective and conscious communication that can help the LGBTQ+ communities and its allies.

She has a passion for the arts and higher education, and using them to help advocate for people of color, LGBTQ individuals and for those who are disabled. She was highly involved with the LGBTQ organizations at Finger Lakes Community College and SUNY Brockport, where she earned her undergraduate degrees. She has assisted LGBTQ+ organizations and organizations serving individuals with disabilities with implementing inclusion and diversity programs, and educated LGBTQ+ people and allies on historical LGBTQ+ figures.
