Please join the Counseling Center, Disability Services and Health Services Department today for a Mindful Monday Event for Mental Health Awareness Month. Come learn how mindfulness and meditation can help optimize your mental health. It is also a great time to learn some stress-reduction techniques to get you through the end of semester. Students who attend the meditation will receive a free subscription the meditation app Headspace! We hope to see you there!
