SUNY Approves MCC's Restart Plan for Fall Semester

MCC's restart operating principles and plan were approved by SUNY yesterday, July 1, 2020. Our principles and plan satisfy the standards of the New York State Department of Health's "Reopening New York Higher Education Guidelines" issued June 20.

SUNY cited MCC's plan as best practice and a model for other community colleges. Plans are subject to change due to new information, guidance, and/or direction from New York state.

The health and well-being of our students and employees are our highest priorities. In addition to offering a variety of distance learning options, MCC will take a deliberate and phased approach to resuming in-person teaching and learning experiences and services as conditions allow. The College will stay flexible and focused on the needs of our students and employees.
