In our busy, multi-tasking world, we rarely take time to truly relax....to reconnect with our body and allow our mind to rest.

Deep relaxation is the practice of totally letting go and returning back to take care of our body and mind. There is nothing to do, nowhere to go. Just allow yourself to be.
