Lunch and Learn Wellness Workshop Series

The Counseling Center, Disability Services and Health Services Department is excited to announce the launch of our Lunch and Learn Wellness Workshop Series! This will be a weekly event that will be offered throughout the month of February. They will take place every Thursday from 12:30pm-1:30pm in the Gilman Lounge (3-114) starting February 2nd. The workshops are designed to be fun and interactive and provide you with important tools to support your success both academically and personally. Lunch will be provided! You do not need to RSVP for these workshops. However, there are limited seats so it will be offered on a first come first served basis. We look forward to seeing you there!

Dates and Topics Below:

  • 2/2/23: Introducing TAO Connect 
    Learn ways to manage stress, mindfulness, problem solving, relationship skills, developing coping strategies and deal with mental health related struggles with self-directed online modules at your own pace.
  • 2/9/23: Developing Grit & Resilience
    Grit and resilience are an important part of your academic and personal success. Learn ways to develop/enhance these skills.
  • 2/16/23: You Deserve to be in a Safe and Healthy Relationship 
    Willow Domestic Violence Center will facilitate a discussion around healthy and unhealthy relationships.
