Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Verification Request

SUNY is partnering with the NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) on an important initiative to help fight food insecurity for low-income college students. 

The SNAP Enrollment Verification link will direct you to sign in using your myMCC login. Use the Download SNAP Report button to run your eligibility report. Your pdf will be downloaded and located in the white bar at the bottom of the screen. From there you can save or print out your SNAP Eligibility Report. The form and application can then be taken to your County’s local Department of Social Services for review.

A SNAP Eligibility Verification must be submitted with a SNAP Application which is available on the myBenefits website.
