Brockport Additional Degree Requirements: Students in the studio art major pursue either a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, and must complete the corresponding degree's requirements. In addition to the course requirements above, students must meet the following requirements:
1.        A minimum grade of "C" must be attained in all courses in the major.
2.        No more than 54 credits in studio art courses can be used to satisfy the 120-credit requirement for the BA or BS degree.
3.        VSW Summer Intensive courses may not be used to complete BA/BS degree requirements without departmental permission.
4.        A maximum of 21 transfer credits will be accepted by the department toward the studio art major. This is stated on your Degree Audit as "a minimum of 21 credits must be taken at Brockport."

A GPA of 2.0 is required for completion and graduation in this MCC 2+2 major.

Matriculated, Continuous, Full Time Enrollment (12 or more credit hours)
The Fine Arts A.S. (FA01) will be the degree student is audited against and awarded from MCC.
